This case was filed by Jenks after he altered his modeling contract to say Models Today had to pay $5000 a month and could not make Jenks do work, pictures, or cancel his contract.
Claxon produced over 50 contracts to show Jenk's contract that he submitted in court was altered.
After a long time of this case counsel for Jenks withdrew from the cased and a year or so later case was dismissed.

Also on the order Dever whited out his address. When Jefferson County Sheriffs delivered the Execution Order and learned that the Small Claims was lost by Models Today LLC not Claxon they left and could not do the Execution.
Dever tried to trick the courts into doing a Execution on Claxon personally when he won judgment on Models Today LLC the company which is no longer operating. This is a miss uses of the courts to try to legally harass Claxon.

Filed in court around 2/3/11. A couple days before court date Duff reached a payment agreement with Models-Today, LLC' s Attorney. Duff settled to pay what was owed in contract damages, court cost, plus attorney fees totaling $622.00.
The courts received copy of agreement and filed it with case. Court hearing is held till payments are complete or case is filled again for default.
