THe Untold Truth Of WHAS11 News Story
It has been over 2 years and Claxon and Models Today have not been charged with any crime. One would think the police think the same as most do that it was all bogus. If most of this news story was try then the police would have contacted Models Today for there side. They have not because they know as most of you know it is bogus.

WHAS11 aired a news story in October of 2009 by reporter Andy Treinen. He said the investigation was 6 months in the making. Andy is not a PI nor  A Law Enforcement Officer. So what Investigation can he really do and what facts can he really get. Most of his story is based on reports by BBB which as of 11/12/10 has been aired on 20/20 ABCNews Report showing they have been selling good grades and as stated by AG of Conn that they have been doing disceptive practices and called a scam by small business owners. Most of what he reports is hear say from people made because they are in collections from never paying there debts. You will see on this page the break down of his report and how a lot of untrue stuff was report and misleading facts told and shown on this report.

The report showed a picture and file from the 1990's of Claxon when he was 18 or 19. Claxon was convicted of Promoting of Prostitution II. It also showed other charges but one must remember what a person is charged with and what they are convicted of is two different things. You can be charged with anything but you have to be convicted in order for it to matter.

Claxon did his time in prison as required by the conviction.  After getting out of prison Claxon had no civil rights. But Claxon was issued a Restoration Of Civil Rights by Governor Paul Patton on 11/30/98. This restores Claxon's civil rights.

Michael Casolari is model number 88 reported he made no money. But what he did not tell you was he was offered jobs. One job he was offered was art nude. At no time  was he offered porn or gay sex. He claimed he had to change clothes in woods. The pictures were taken at a park and Casolari brought he own clothes. He stated to the reporter he had to change in woods. Think about he said "had to" but could anyone make him? He had to change is shirts at times. If Casolari wanted to change pants he was told to do it in his car or he could go behind a tree. At no time was he made to do so. It was his choice. Casolari was never threatened or harassed.  He was only asked several times to write a note and mail it to cancel his contract, he refused and cussed Claxon out. He made threats himself that he was reporting him to BBB. He threatened to get a lawyer. At sometime later he called back and agreed to send notice and/or update pictures. But he never did.

He also said Claxon implied male on male. And this would refer to gay porn which alot of models are offered but Models Today LLC dose not take part in. Only tells the models the porn offers and what comments they say. Casolari asked Claxon how he could make quick cash, Claxon told him male on male porn would pay better. This is what Casolari was referring to in the news report.

Tim Amyx is model number 59 reported that he had no job or place to live. But the truth was he was met outside of a Walgreens selling stuff to benefit Dare to Care. At this time he was living in a apt by Brown Park in St. Matthews. This makes his statement to the news untrue. Amyx later got a apt in Okolona.  He said the money that was promised was pretty good. But again no promises were made and he even signed contract which states so. See contract clause from the contract he signed.

"I , Tim Amyx, here by sign this One (1) Year Exclusive Contract with Models Today LLC. I understand that this contract is binding by all agreements made within and I am signing this of my own free will and not being made to by any threats of promises."

All the models in this news story signed they same contract stating the same thing.

Below is proof that Amyx got what he paid for. Pictures taken and on the site.

Model 59' s Site

Kyle Dever, model number 148 did take Models Today LLC to court and did win. But the case was a show for the news report and nothing else. If you look on the Court Case page, As a result to the win in court. On the same day Dever called Claxon from 3pm that after noon till about 4 am in morning. Dever was taken to Court by Claxon for harassment and it was dismissed with a no unlawful contact order made. The news was at this case but refused to report it. Also noted on Court Case page it shows where Dever tried to get the Courts as well as Jefferson County Sheriffs Office to do a Execution Order on Claxon personally when the case was against Models Today LLC in which he won. Not Claxon Personally. Dever is using the courts to continue his harassment.

Dever was only on the site for about 30 days or so before he filed the small claims suit, He became made after he was to meet Claxon to do pictures on a certain day but Claxon could not get a hold of Dever so a  message was left on myspace saying that Claxon could not make it that day because he was mom was in hospital. Claxon did call Dever around 7 pm where Dever did nothing but cuss out Claxon and call him names as well as threaten to take him to news if he did not pay. At a later date Dever told claxon on phone if Claxon paid the money he owed him he would not go to news and he would do something to make them made so it would not be aired. WHAS11 reporter was aware of this. As you can see there is many things WHAS11 failed to report. If they did it would make there story not look too good.

Dever also said in news report that he saw a thing on line saying "scam scam scam, this guy will sign you as a modeling agent and he will try to lure you into doing gay porn." That statement at face value makes no sense. Gay porn or any porn is not unlawful. It needs to be noted he read it on a blog not any official  web site. Anyone can blog anything about anyone  and no one knows if it is true.

Click Below is proof that Dever got what he paid for. Pictures taken and on the site.

Model 148' s Site

The news report showed the picture on your left as Claxon's MySpace. And stated that Claxon used this as his picture and later showed a picture of the real Claxon. But as you can see on picture is has a Models Today LLC water mark which on all models pictures. If the news reporter looked at the MySpace page  he would know it stated that this MySpace page was used as a scouting page and picture was of a model.

The news reported that I had 349 models. But they did not tell you that was over a several year span. Not just 2009.

He showed you where models paid $450 for putting there pictures on the site. But he did not tell you that prices changed over there years and the $450 price was for year 2009. Other years were much less. Prices went up because cost of doing business went up.

The report showed me maybe making $157,050.00. They did not account cost of putting models on site. Also we use to do drawings and some models were chosen by drawing to have there pictures on site at no cost. They did not report as of 2009 Models Today LLC has over 15,000.00 in collections where people made agreements to pay in payments and never did.

Models only paid the fee to put there pictures on site. Then if they got work then we took 20% of what they made. Models Today LLC made no money less the models did work.

The news report did not tell you other modeling companies around Louisville and other cities charge $500 to $1500 for modeling classes. Also charge the models several hundred to have there pictures taken. Many models who pay this do not get work either. Most modeling companies stay afloat by having models pay for classes.

The news report stated Claxon offered no proof that anyone got modeling jobs. But the small claims case was to get Devers money back for the pictures taken and being on site. The fact Dever was only on site for 30 days or so would make it hard for him to get offers. Since the case was only about him paying for pictures it was thought no proof was needed because that was thought to be a moot point due to the contract being clearing stating they were only paying for pictures being take and being on site with no promise of work.

Judge Eckert did grant Dever his money back. She also did state he think Claxon was running a scam but did not state that  as fact. At this point it was only a option not a fact. Noting the key words are "I think".

Claxon felt Judge Eckert did not follow her own words. She stated to Dever when he offered his computer as proof of something. She stated she would not take it as she would have to keep it. But later in the hearing she did take him lap top and review his proof and handed him the lap top back. Dever left with lap top. When Claxon used it in appeal it was listed that small claims court dose not have to follow same court rules. But the question is why would the Judge state what she did.  Also the Judge took as proof from Dever showing Models Today LLC' s "F" rating. But as we all know from the 20/20 report the grading systems is brought by other who pay to be a member.

The report they wanted to ask Claxon about the 15 people who filed complaints with the BBB which most he did not answer. As you see in photo on left you should be concerned the BBB gives out your info to the news and others. If i was the public I would be alarmed. you file these papers with the BBB and you do not expect them to produce them to the news or others at free will.

Bruce (VP for BBB) said unfortunately the out come is not good for the man. But as you seen on 20/20 ABC news report the BBB's out come was not good.
He said there was allegations that Claxon offered them to get into some kind of escort service. But escorting is not unlawful.

After Claxon learned that the BBB was a joke and had no powers and was not a government agency was they would lead the public to believe he no longer felt the need to answer there complaints He spoke to a guy who worked there  and when Claxon told him the BBB has no power. The guy stated, "we do have powers we can call the police." Lord anyone in Louisville has that power. After this the grade from BBB on Models Today LLC was lowered. This fits the stories as told on the 20/20 news story. The BBB tries to bully other business people and when they refuse then they bully them by the bad grade.

But are we in high school still. I thought when i got out of school i no longer had to see grades like A, B, C, D, or F. Maybe they forgot.

Later Claxon learned what the guys version of power by calling the police would mean. Claxon spoke to a lady on the phone about issues with complaints and the BBB. When she became rude Claxon told her how he felt and cursed her out. Within 5 mins a lady called saying she was a police officer. She said the BBB had called her and wanted to make a harassment complaint and charge on Claxon. Claxon could not believe it. Cussing someone out on the phone once is harassment. Claxon explained to the cop she could do the complaint and if it went to court then with the right lawyer it would be kicked out. Claxon told her it would be a waste of police time and the courts time to process this. She made a deal with Claxon that if he promised not to call and cuss them out no more then she would work it out with them. Claxon said he would not call them no more.
Can you believe the miss use of police officers why the BBB having a hot line to call the police to do there dirty work. This should be stopped. Louisville tax payers should not be paying for the private use of the BBB to have a hot line straight to the police to deal with dumb matters as this. Maybe Claxon should have not cussed out the lady at BBB but in no way was it called for that they would call the police and waste there time. Think people, how many times have you cussed someone out on the phone?

Days after this happened the BBB sent a letter about the issues that happened. They said claxon could no longer call the BBB. And he had to have a outside person call in  and deal with them and there complaints. He could only call the president of the BBB on his direct line and if they deemed anything he said was not right they would get charges on him.

Claxon sent the BBB a letter saying almost same things demanding they to no loner call him and that all complaints had to be sent to him through a out side person. Of course the BBB did not follow the request so Claxon sent them a cease contact notice. This did little because the BBB sent complaints for months even thou he sent several request to the BBB to stop sending the bogus complaints since they could not follow his request. some complaints coming in were missing address of the people complaining or there names. How would one believe these were legit complaints. Claxon even sent the BBB a certified letter to the BBB and after some time it was never returned or signed for. The post office told him the only way to get proof was to send it next day air.

After sometime of the harassment by the BBB Claxon filed a complaint with the Council for the BBB. The lady told him they would not deal with the complaint even thou they were not following his cease contact notices because he was the one who cussed them out.
This is outrageous. The BBB thinks they can bully people and get away with it and until the 20/20 ABC news story they were.

The news reporter called Claxon to get his side of the story. But Claxon was told by a lawyer told him not to go on air because the news would only clip what they needed to make there story look good and get ratings. As you can see though out this site and looking at news story you see so much they did not tell you.

The reported also stated the same day he was on phone with Claxon and was told by Claxon he was out of town. The reporter stated later that day one of there guys saw Claxon and a model the same day in Cherokee Park Taking pictures. But again untrue. The day Claxon talked to reporter was not the same day there news guy saw Claxon in park. And they were not in Cherokee park. In fact it was Tyler park not the park stated in report. But this should further prove Claxon did take the pictures are he was paid to do.
The day the news guy took video of Claxon and the model was a weird time. A heavy set guy in a car with his wife jumped out and started taping them both. They both thought it was a old man who was a perv. What would you think if this was you?

One thing the reporter stated in report was that Models Today LLC dose not guarantee modeling jobs and only binds him to take the pictures and post them on site. And the reporter said this was true.

The reporter wanted some proof that he was getting models jobs. First off why would I give him proof. But there is no legal reason to gibe it to me. The reporter asked why are all the guys saying the same thing. What models of them have in common is they owe money and are in collections. Many want there 10 mins of fame.

The reporter ask how is your business different now then back in the 1990s but in the 1990s Claxon did not own any business. And the reported stated he talked to Claxon one time and Claxon told him if he called again he would file a harassment charge. The reason for this is the reporter maybe doing his job but at what cost. To repeatedly call and go to his moms house is kinda harassing. He was advised by a lawyer to no longer talk on phone and do it in writing so he has proof of what is said. Since most of the facts in this story are twisted.

This guy who was witness for Dever in small claims case said he was told this  "He's like, would you rather suck a **** for $10,000 or would you rather not make the money?" Come on now people if your going to make up lies to make Claxon or Models Today LLC look bad then have something that sounds real. No one would believe that some one would pay a guy $10,000.00 to do what he said.

This guy was not even a model for Models Today LLC. In fact this guy had talked to Claxon while he was still in military. The pictures he turned in had a look where it was thought he could model. But when this guy returned from military he met Claxon and it was determined that he was no longer looking like he did in the pictures he turned in. He was told he could not model. Maybe this is the cause of this lie. Think about it. Why would Claxon want to put him on site when he is over weight. There were no over weight guys on site.

Review this yourself and determine if it sounds real to you.

This guy who was not brave enough to show his face said they he was bad off for money from credit card debt. He drove to Louisville to model and make money.

He stated he traveled to have sex with men for money. This guy knew this was unlawful and if he was offered and claims to be straight then why come if he knew he could get in trouble. He stated Claxon will get you to sign up for a profile on Adam4Adam a gay dating site. If your not gay why would you sign up?

He said he had sex with 4 guys who he did not know and they left with out him knowing who they were. And he says audio was transmitted over a cell phone for money. who would have sex and expect to be paid when it is over phone.

It is noted this model did not make a dime. The main reason this guy did not was he signed agreement to pay his fee  for the site and pictures on a certain date. When he failed to follow through with his promise he was sent to collections.

This guy says he go the clap from that night of sex with gay men. But when he told Claxon on phone that he had gotten something Claxon then asked since you had the girls over did you all use protection. The guys stated they wore rubbers. This alerted Claxon that he did not have girls over. He had men at his hotel. Claxon ask a doctor if rubbers were wore could he catch clap. The doctor stated if rubbers were wore is very unlikely he would get clap.

The reported said he talked to a Sgt in the Vice Unit about this and the Sgt stated this is a difficult crime to prosecute because Promoting Prostitution has to be caught in the act.

It needs to be noted this guy did not pay for his hotel room and all eats while in town were paid for by Models Today LLC. He was dropped off at the hotel that night after dinner and Claxon was not at the hotel room with him. In fact Claxon was at home because this guy and Claxon had to do pictures the next day for his site. The next day he did pictures with Claxon and never said there was any problems. He told Claxon he had a good night of sleep.

This guy did file a complaint with BBB and later in text with Claxon this guy stated he only filed the complaint because he  could not afford the fee he owed and was in collections. He did say he was going to ask the BBB to cancel the complaint. This was never done.

The news report showed the first picture you see on your left as the collection company he contact about Models Today LLC. This company was from Canada an d was never hired by Models Today LLC.

The second picture on your left is the true web site picture for TRC the company who was hired by Models Today LLC.

The news  alerted Total Credit Recovery about our stories, and when we did they dropped Claxon as a client.

"We've closed all of his accounts we just don?t need that kind of client," said Dwayne Christie, Owner of Total Credit Recovery.

"I can't believe there were 49 but I understand. It makes sense because I?m sure everybody was trying to get out of it," Christie said

Christie unlawfully told the news reporter how many collection case he had from Models Today LLC. TCR and Christie did drop all collection efforts for Models Today LLC when they got spoked about this story with out hearing Models Today LLC's or knowing the whole truth. This is not good business. Months later Models Today LLC had to alert TRC that they still had listing on one guys credit report. This was later removed.

Eric was introduced to Claxon by a friend of his about modeling. Eric claimed he could not pay the fee to be on this site till he gets his pay checks. A deal was made and agreement sighed that Eric would pay on certain dates. Eric said he was so broke that the day Claxon and his friend Eric knew met him and went out to eat Claxon had to pay for his meal. Eric did not do as he said he would in his  signed agreement. So he was sent to collections after he told Claxon he did not want to model but would pay what he owed since Claxon did pay the pictures. He told his friend the same thing. But as usual Eric made nothing but broke promises.

Eric claimed Claxon rolled over in computer chair and touched him when he did not want to be. Claxon dose not ever recall Eric coming in his house.  As you see in 2nd picture on your right Eric filed something in Bulitt County on Claxon. Nothing came of it. But if Claxon lives in Jefferson County why would he file papers on Claxon in Bulitt County.

Eric says he has been hounded by collection ever since. As you will see to your right 3rd picture Eric was shown on the news giving this as a collection letter. When in fact the letter was from a lawyers office disputing the contract with Models Today LLC. This was in no way a collection letter.

Below is proof that Eric got what he paid for. Pictures taken and on the site.

Model 67' s Site

Lundy signed as a model at down by U of L with another model present on 10/8/09. Lundy gave a $90 deposit and made an agreement to pay #360.00 with in 30 days. Again Lundy had his pictures taken and put on site but never paid as he agreed. He was sent letters telling he was going to collections if he did not pay as agreed.

But in this time Lundy met Claxon and they went to his friends house to take other sample pictures. Nothing was said that Claxon did anything wrong.

At one time Lundy's mom called Models Today LLC and spoke with Claxon. She was very rude and made many threats. She threatened as most foolish people do that she was filing with BBB. I told her to go ahead because BBB has no powers they are not a government agency. She then said I will send a letter to U of L. At no time was any business done on U of L 's property.

Lundy was asked if he was going to pay his debt. He said yes but he wanted to meet at Taco Bell by U of L. I told him no he would have to meet me where i was close too. His mom later called and said my son will pay you his money he owes but you have to meet him where he wants. Later we find out this was a set up so Lundy could have the news there.

Lundy stated on the news report that Claxon ask him this

"And he said what? Would you, you know, have sex with a guy for like $10,000?"

Now dose this sound similar to the guy from earlier who was at Dever's small claims case. Come on people. He only told this to the news after his mom told him about the earlier airing of the story. Again people if you want to make up a lie not to pay your debt and make the company look bad then you could at last make something up that was believable. Everyone knows no one would pay that much for sex with a guy.

Further note that you have to remember  that Lundy signed with Models Today LLC on 10/8/09 but as you can see on the left had side 2nd picture shows were Lundy signed the paper on 10/14/09. All models signed these as a result of the  Dever case to back up the contract that.

" I Lundy, acknowledge that the $450 that I paid will be used for the purpose of the basic portfolio pictures and that by reading the contract I know that the money paid is not refundable. I also agree to the terms that I am not guaranteed any modeling jobs for the amount presented to Claxon for the Photos that are used on the site"

This was sent to the reporter on 11/24/09 since he stated that Lundy and others were mislead. And scammed. The reply from the reporter was,

"I never disputed that any of these men signed the contract. Again, when you want to do an interview we can explore those topics. Until then we'll agree to disagree."

As you can see the reporter still refuses to show you the public the whole truth.  There is no way these guys were mislead or scammed when they sign papers like this. They fully knew what they were doing when they signed up. But only use the BBB, news, and these crazy stories to get out of what they owe. If fact i think using a business services and not paying is a form of fraud.

Below is proof that Lundy got what he paid for. Pictures taken and on the site.
